Lea Schütt takes over the management of FULCOP Commerce GmbH, the leading sales and service company for the outdoor and equestrian sector, as of 01.05.2022.
As COO at FULCOP, Lea Schütt already achieved important milestones in sales and consulting within a few months. With immediate effect, she will be steering the fortunes of the company. Ms. Schütt is looking forward to the new challenge: „FULCOP wants to grow further. The chances for this are good, because a sales and service company that drives digital and data-driven transformation in retail will become indispensable to remain efficient and thus competitive in the equestrian and outdoor market.“ With her many years of experience in the equestrian environment, she knows the market and the needs of the companies operating on it very well. And she appreciates the potential of FULCOP solutions. For her, they are a „very good example of innovative implementation of customer requirements or needs.“
In order to continue to be very close to the customer, Lea Schütt, as the new Managing Director, will also attach great importance to the exchange with the individual business partners. „Customer opinions will continue to play an important role in our service and product development,“ promises Schütt. But for her, being a reliable partner is about more: „We don’t just implement wishes, we think ahead.“
